Yes, every now and then we see people getting married happily, but no sooner than later we begin to hear stories of bitterness, anger, strife… Some of them might be blaming anyone believed to be responsible for their situations and others will be giving flimsy excuses…But one of the most important aspects of our commitments is in marriage or family life. It involves allot of carefulness. Depending on some varying factors, the people are expected to respond passionately in the matters that affect both of them. And the attitude they portray ought to reflect quality concern for their core purpose.
And proper adaptation is required to enable them have positive influences of the environment. But the modern society exposes people to allot of challenges. Many factors contribute to the inability of family members to reflect the real meaning of marriage or family life. And some of the causes of these situations are lack of love, the incessant cases of re settlement due to the search for greener pastures among other negative influences of the society and consequently a drop in the quality of fruits they bear.
In several ways, people have doubted the existence of God and sometimes they are faced with the challenge of not knowing what to do regarding these situations. There are occasions where by the burden of protection becomes unbearable and that usually make people to be in doubt whether or not their choice of spouse was in accordance to the will of God. Although, the larger society is nothing but a collection of different family units and certain characteristics affect them in relation to the influences of time. But many have compromised their status as well as core commitment when some forces confronted them.
Yet, the actual problem is lack of understanding of the will or plan of God for family life. In today’s setting, everything seem to have taken a different dimension. The actual binding factors have been distorted and the bond is weakened. Allot of people who have little insight on the significance of wholesomeness take advantage of that to cause disharmony and controversies. However, it is important to note that marriage life is more or less a life time commitment.
According to the bible story of Adam and Eve, there was no case recorded that they got separated. Meanwhile, that was supposed to be a reference for humanity, so that despite the situations people, may be willing to remain committed to this ultimate goal i.e. to be bonded for the life time commitment.
In addition, many people exist who have no regards for rules and regulations. In any relationship they find themselves, the only thing that makes them happy is the benefits they desire. These people don’t understand why they are committed in the first place. They have no idea of their responsibility in that relationship or marriage. Unfortunately, they end up making others to believe that marriage life is an issue of choice. Yes, it involves choice but that should be earlier, unlike the unworthy violations due to unfair play, insincerity, infidelity, divorce and lots more.
Of course, everyone suffers limitations in one way or the other, but the requirements for perfection ought to be clearly understood. For this purpose, it becomes necessary to be concerned about the need to maximize the chances of wholesome indulgences, in order to avoid the consequences of I don’t care attitude as well as other forms of indiscipline. Therefore, there is need to be concerned about the possibility of reversing this ugly trend in the society, so that the future may be secure for you and I and the generations to come. However, you are more likely to succeed in love relationship or family life if you can probe into the plan and purposes of God towards the family.
